The front desk staff truly varied in their service quality. While one young man was exceptionally friendly and helpful, others seemed rushed and uninterested. The room, though, exceeded expectations with recent renovations, a clean bathroom, and comfortable bedding. A great stay yet marred by inconsistent customer service.

Centrally located near the airport, the hotel offers a refreshing atmosphere with clean, comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast featured great options, including peanut butter, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The staff was notably friendly, with one young man at check-in providing exceptional service. However, there was a lack of attentiveness at checkout, as the female staff seemed rushed and uninterested. Additionally, while the pool area by the water was inviting, it was unheated, potentially making it less appealing for a swim.

A bit of a letdown with room cleanliness—hair on the bathroom floor and questionable specks on the sheets made it feel less than fresh. The TV struggled to connect. had no signal at first, then a frustrating channel-surfing session ensued. Noise insulation could use improvement. I heard all sorts of commotion from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the bay. However, there weren't many activities nearby, so if you don't have a car, you might feel a bit limited. Overall, despite the breakfast options needing improvement, I had a very pleasant stay and loved the bay views.

I loved how close this spot is to Cypress Point Park, which made my morning strolls so refreshing, and the beach was just a short trip away, perfect for soaking in the sun. the comfy king-size bed was a great bonus after a day of exploring.
